Meet Relief, LLC is founded and operated by Michele Archer, who has been meet directing, organizing meets, and running score tables since 2000. Michele is a current Professional Member of USA Gymnastics, has been a member of the Massachusetts State Administrative Committee (level rep 2003-2006 and state chairman 2006-present), and has been a certified meet director since 2000.

Past experience includes (but is not limited to): Massachusetts Judges Cup (2013-2019), Kids Celebrate Life Classic (2012-2013), Boston Strong Classic (2014), meet director for Massachusetts State Championships (2007-present), meet coordinator for Level 4 and Prep Optional State Cups (2003-2006), meet director for all events held by 360 Gymnastics (2007-2021).
